Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ham (bone in shank end)
  • 3/4 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Lemon (need the juice)

Instructions
 

  • Pat ham dry and place in aluminum pan.

  • Preheat smoker to 225°F using hickory or fruit wood.
  • Smoke ham until internal temp reaches 130°F (about 2.5 hrs).
  • In a saucepan, combine glaze ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 6–8 minutes.
    3/4 cup Orange Marmalade, 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard, 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp Garlic, 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, 1 Lemon
  • Brush glaze on ham once it hits 130°F.
  • Return to smoker and cook until internal temp hits 140°F.
  • Remove, glaze again, and serve.
