Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella
  • 1 package fresh pizza dough
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 1 package fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat smoker or grill to 400°F.
  • Lightly coat dough with olive oil to prevent sticking.
    1 package fresh pizza dough, 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Roll out dough on a pizza stone or pizza pan.
  • Spread sauce evenly over dough.
    1 jar pizza sauce
  • Top with mozzarella and fresh basil.
    8 oz Fresh Mozzarella, 1 package fresh basil
  • Smoke for 10 minutes, rotating every few minutes.
  • Remove, slice, and enjoy!
