- 24 Jumbo Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Fish Monger Seafood Rub from Fire and Smoke (or your own favorite seafood seasoning)
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Peel and devein shrimp.
24 Jumbo Shrimp
Mix shrimp in a bowl with seafood rub.
2 tbsp Fish Monger Seafood Rub from Fire and Smoke
Melt butter and combine with garlic, oregano, parsley, and lemon juice.
1/2 cup Butter, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp Dried Oregano, 1 tsp Fresh Parsley, 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Place shrimp in an aluminum pan and pour garlic butter over shrimp carefully to avoid removing rub.
Preheat smoker or grill to 250°F using fruit wood if smoking.
Cook shrimp over indirect heat for 30 minutes until they turn orange and reach an internal temp of 120°F.
Remove from smoker and serve immediately.
